We forgot often the essence of wine, this divine beverage. At the beginning, a inconspicuous flower turns into a fruit with organic matter. These videos and photos are a hymn of life, we become aware of the life by the dynamism of the colour, of the staging and of the highlighting texture.

ARTISTIC VIDEOS
The artworkshop is closed to the estate of la Valette, the view of the vinyard is just marvelous at each time of the day or of the year. The owner is a friend and his daily life follows the seasons : nature acts and man does.
The idea was born to create a conceptual video where the main actor was the fruit. "The life of a grape" is the witness of the metamorphosis of a vine plant to the divine provence beverage, roséwine. This video presents original images of fermentation, maceration, settling...
The artistic and scientific ways brings an educational dimension, a different and modern vision of winemaking. The magic of wine is beyond the tasting, it is also visual experience.
Possibility of animations in the wine cellar or museum with mapping video on the tanks, or just diffusion on screens or as a complement to a photographic exhibition

VOYAGE AU CENTRE DU RAISIN
This book has its origins in the film "La vie d'une grappe", a conceptual video where the fruit of the vine is filmed from the inside during an annual cycle. Beautiful images from the film inspired me to develop a more photographic work. I taken several hundred photos that highlight the transparency and material of a grape in its travel from the vine to the wine cellar. This photo's book is a compilation of the most photographies. Prefaced by Stéphane Derenoncourt, comments create the link the different step, from the grape to the fermentation.
